Whether you've come to yoga to help heal an injury, reduce stress and anxiety, develop a safe and effective practice with hypermobility, or reclaim your life after trauma, private yoga sessions allow me to meet you where you are today and help you get where you'd like to be tomorrow. 

Whatever you'd like to gain from your yoga practice, my goal is always the same: to empower you with tools that help you heal and thrive. Sessions may vary from rigorous to restorative, depending upon what will best serve you. They may include mudras, meditation, Reiki and suggested journaling prompts. And because yoga is a lifestyle, I'll help guide you in building a home practice so you can begin to claim the power of yoga for your own.


CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: All sessions are being held through Zoom, FaceTime, or Skype.

Private sessions are held in my Harleysville studio, though arrangements can be made for sessions in your home or office, or via Skype. (Travel fees may apply for locations outside of the Harleysville area.) 


Introductory Session :: FREE (30 minutes)

Yoga is a deeply personal practice and it's important that we feel comfortable working together. In this initial session, you'll have the opportunity to meet with me in the space where we'll practice and learn more about how we'll work together. I'll invite you to share what you hope to gain from working together and ask a few questions to help me begin preparing a program to help you meet your goals. We may also spend a few minutes exploring a few basic yoga postures so you can directly experience the practice and my approach.

Single Session :: $60 per 60-minute session

Packages :: 4 sessions, $220 :: 8 sessions, $400
